7 weeks ago I had a tummy tuck! Met Dr. Nir in September 2020, originally I intended to schedule a breast implant exchange and tummy tuck. Dr. Nir was beyond honest with me! He informed me that, the implant exchange is not necessary right now. But I was a definite candidate for the tummy tuck! I had lost over 50 pounds, and had excess skin hanging over my underwear. No amount of exercise would be able to tone it. So we booked surgery date-for Nov 13th. Dr. Nir informed me it would be a hard recovery and that my husband will have to take care of me. Which wasn't a problem! He was my best nurse! Luckily I have a high tolerance for pain- but to be honest- the first 5 days are the roughest! Between a catheter and 2 drains- I was high maintenance ! After 10 days the drains were removed- and now I can take a full shower! Each and every day- was getting easier and easier to get around. Walking was difficult in the beginning- but after a week- started standing upright! I did have on hand a walker and a wheelchair just in case, only because of walking around my community- just to have in case! Follow up visits were great! Even now in my 7th week- I'm amazed at how flat my stomach is! and I don't have excess skin hanging anywhere! I do plan to lose another 5-8 more pounds-! I've also booked my next surgery to do my arms! in Feb 2021! I'm not stopping now!! The office staff is great-you are never rushed....if you have questions, they and Dr. Nir, will take the time to answer all your questions. I've been to many other surgeons in the WEst Palm area- and some were so arrogant and talked down to me when I asked questions- that I literally just walked out of their office! Go meet Dr. Nir- he offers a free consultation- and tell him you were referred by me on Real Self. You've got nothing to lose- only to gain a wonderful experience with amazing results! I used Dr. Nir for a mommy makeover over 11 years ago after having kids. I interviewed several surgeons but he was recommended to me by another doctor. At the time I really needed a lift and was concerned about having a vertical scar. He walked me through the options and explained it. I was very please with my results. I got pregnant a couple of years later again (yes they warned me) but surprise! I looked great while I was pregnant too. I gained a lot of weight and waited to get a tummy tuck. I finally realized I wasnt going back to my pre pregnancy weight but what was bothering me was the groin area matching up to my abdominal area. The way my csection was done left it all sagging and you could see bulges through clothes. So this second time around was not about looking like a model or wearing a bikini. Again I had concerns about how that scar would be done. I had concerns about the weight I still carried but I booked it out and lost about 15 more pounds beforehand. I was so happy with the surgery results because my stomach was flat, the belly button was perfect and the scar healed so well. It was more than I had hoped for. It is with pleasure that I write this review to let you know just how wonderful and positive my Rhytidectomy (standard facelift) and Blephpharoplasty (lower eyelid) surgery has been for me. I had done extensive research and seen many Doctors. I wanted to go to the top and most caring Doctor and the best facility which had the best support team. I was not disappointed and I knew within a few minutes of meeting Dr.Nir that he was the Doctor that I wanted! I was treated with respect, infinite patience and understanding by Tony, Marianne, Rosie, Anna, Brandy and outstandingly by Dr. Nir. The atmosphere is so pleasant and congenial and the facility is state-of-the-art. Going under anesthesia is a great concern for all of us. However, this practice can also boast to having George, an exceptional anesthesiologist along with a team of experienced nurses. All of my concerns and questions regarding what I could expect before, during and the recuperation period after the surgery were answered fully and completely...again, with patience even though I may have asked the same questions repeatedly. What I also loved and have referred back to over the recuperation period is that Dr. Nir has put together a broad and extensive booklet that explains what to expect in full detail before, during and after surgery. Consequently on the day of my surgery, although I was nervous, I went in with the knowledge of what to expect and that I was in the most experienced and capable hands! You can return clothes and shoes, but you cannot "return" plastic surgery. You go to a Plastic Surgeon to enhance the outside but it is equally as important to feel emotionally positive about the final outcome as well. Dr. Nir was described to me by others as an "Artist" and they were absolutely right! As an added bonus, after the surgery, I had the pleasure of being treated by Rosie, who provides many different and wonderful services. She did lymphatic drainage on my face and neck with remarkable results in the reduction of the swelling process. And you definitely must have the reflexology..it was The Best! It has been 3 months for me and the impact of this surgery has been an uplifting experience...no pun intended! “An Extremely Happy Patient”….having worked in the medical profession for over 22 years now and I must say, Doctor Nir and his colleagues provide a top notch medical service that’s second to none. Prior to my scheduling my consult with Dr. Nir’s office I did my research and spoke with those that have known of his reputation. Every person I spoke with said nothing but great things about Dr. Nir and colleagues. After meeting with Dr. Nir for the first time, examining his work, patient and physician feedback, I couldn’t resist the confidence I felt in him. I met with his office manager, who provided me with all the of the details and what to expect on surgery day, I again felt reassured and confident that Dr. Nir would take excellent care of me. She spent at least an hour answering my questions and concerns. I personally never had surgery, so I was a little frightened of the surgery its self and not knowing what to expect with anesthesia placed me in a nerve racking disposition. Dr. Nir and his office manager explained that the anesthesiologist will be calling me the night before surgery, in which he did. His anesthesiologist did call me the night before reviewing all my medical history, explained in detail what was going to take place, and then answered all my fearing questions knowing I was a little nervous about the whole procedure. On surgery day, Dr Nir. and his staff patently walked me step by step to help lower my blood pressure as it was through the roof from nervousness and the unknowing. I was finally able to relax from their thorough explanations until it was time to wheel me into the surgical room. They wheeled me in and was told to dream of a vacation spot I wanted to visit, next thing I know, I wake up and Dr. Nir, his nurse and anesthesiologist were in my room explaining that everything went well and that my blood pressure was excellent during the whole procedure. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nir and his team. They made me feel comfortable. They answered any and all of my questions. I met Dr Nir about 18 months ago when he was volunteering and coaching my son’s flag football team. After getting to know him and seeing how great he was “outside” of work I decided to go to his office for a breast augmentation consult. I can’t even begin to express the professionalism of his staff as well as himself. His office was full and he was busy, however, he spent quality time addressing my needs, concerns, and thoroughly going through the process of breast augmentation. There was absolutely no pressure. He was honest and professional. I decided it wasn’t the right time for me to have the surgery and that was okay. I referred my best friend to him for reconstructive surgery at the time and I can say that her experience was equally as excellent. She ended up having the surgery and the results are awesome. I started seeing him for Botox injections and the results of course were fantastic. I again never felt any pressure to continue on with breast augmentation each time I went to the office. Dr. Nir is a genuine person who cares deeply for people and takes great pride in what he does in and out of the office. His wife and kids are great as well and I think that says a lot of about a person. Well, 3 months ago I decided to have the breast augmentation. After saving some money and doing research, all while building some confidence, I decided it was time. I made another appointment to see Dr. Nir and go through another consult appointment. He was patient and kind and went through the entire process with me for a second time. I left feeling like I definitely made the right decision. I had my surgery September 2nd and let me tell you it went amazing. I never once was nervous. I felt complete peace. The day of surgery was just like any other day going to the office. He has an OR in his building/office, which is amazing because he has control over his nurse as well as anesthesiologist. I didn’t have to wait in a waiting room, be in a cold stale hospital room, or wonder who was going to be working around me. In my opinion, being in a hospital allows exposure to more germs and in increased risk for infections. My day of surgery was extremely professional, a feeling of pampering, and very comforting care. Well, the results! After surgery I went home and my husband managed my pain meds, and to this day, 3 weeks later, I can say I never felt any pain! I was only on pain meds for 2 days. I felt some muscle soreness but never experienced pain. Dr. Nir performed a lift on my right side and evened out my breast size by placing 80 cc’s difference between the two AND placing two completely different style implants in each side. This comes from expertise, research, and years of experience. I have a 265 cc’s on my right and 345 cc’s on my left. When I woke up after surgery I have to say I was a little nervous to hear the news, but let me tell you they are perfect! He also performed the lift and the implant through my areola and not only are the scars fading already but they healed perfectly and everything is symmetrical. The appointments following surgery for post-op check-ups were equally professional. I know that Dr. Nir does a lot of other procedures other than breasts and Botox, however I can assure you that he is equally professional and excellent along with his staff. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful experience and will always enjoy sharing my story. If you choose Dr. Nir for any procedure, I know you made the right decision. :)

I discovered during a mammogram that I had a slow leak in one of my breast implants. I needed to exchange my implants and wanted to stay locally. Dr. Nir came highly recommended from many people (and patients themselves ) at the hospital where I work. I loved that my procedure was done in office...I only want to be in the hospital when I am getting paid for doing so...LOL! Dr. Nir did everything in his power to try and fix my breasts from a poor breast reduction I had a few years back.
