At 64 years old and 166 lbs, this patient had a mommy makeover combining abdominal and breast procedures in a single surgical session. On the abdominal side, a full abdominoplasty was performed alongside liposuction of the abdomen and flanks to address excess skin and localized fat in those areas. The breast work involved a bilateral implant exchange paired with a mastopexy, and liposuction was extended to the lateral chest to address fullness there as well. You can see the low horizontal abdominoplasty scar and the mastopexy incision patterns visible in the after photo. The after image is taken at 12 months post-op, when healing is well along and scar maturation is still continuing.
